GeneWize: Redeeming MLM

August 15th, 2008 · No Comments

by Matt Willis

You may have heard the acronym “MLM.” It stands for “Multi-Level Marketing,” a manner of marketing and sales that allows the affiliate to earn from both direct sales. It also creates an avenue for residual income via commissions.

If you’ve heard of the word “MLM” before, you may have grown wary, because admittedly, MLM has earned a bad reputation, thanks to the many get-rich-quick schemes that had victimized people. But despite this devastating and unscrupulous activity, many MLM-based companies are still standing, and standing strong. These MLM companies did not survive just because MLM gives its sellers the biggest benefit. These have survived because they actually have GREAT products.

Enter GeneWize. With Genetic Nutrition as the up-and-coming health breakthrough, companies have caught on the potential of tapping the innovation of Nutrigenomics, or the technology of using analyzing a patient’s DNA and using that information to determine the best supplement system for that person.

Why should you choose GeneWize’s LifeMap Nutrition System over the other brands? Simple. GeneWize’s LifeMap Nutrition System helps you, the affiliate, achieve your income goals through an easy-to-understand, and maximally beneficial, compensation plan.

GeneLink Inc. is the biotechnology institution behind the marketing phenomenon that is GeneWize. Rest assured that years, as well as millions of dollars, have been invested to birth the product that GeneWize is centered around: the LifeMap Nutrition System.

The human genetic code is actually repetitive, so there is no use to actually administer an ultra-comprehensive DNA test on anyone. Because of this premise, GeneWize’s LifeMap DNA Assessment wisely zeroes in on 12 major markers which are the most vulnerable in human beings.

Capitalizing on this system may well help you break through to abundance! MLM is a great method of income-generation, and with a solid, promising product to back up this excellent compensation system, you’ll surely go places!

Let us help you create your Internet Marketing and MLM success! Through our knowledge of GeneWize, we can help you achieve your income targets! Trust us to give you only the best GeneWize and MLM tutorials!

Your Guide to Low-Carb Cooking

August 15th, 2008 · No Comments

by Joel Riley

Have you ever thought about trying a low-carb diet? You want to get going but you don’t know where to start? You can always try low-carb recipes for a few weeks to see if the diet program will work for you.

When trying a low-carb diet, you must eat fewer carbohydrates in your diet. When eating a low carb diet, some diabetics experience a drop in blood sugar and the ability to experience blood sugar stability. The weight loss benefits are also apparent.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. People love to eat sugary breakfast treats, but when eating fewer carbs, other alternatives must be explored. Carbs turn into sugar, sugar burns quickly and then we are hungry again and have to eat more food

Try eating oatmeal, low carb bagels, fat free cream cheese, eggs and anything else that is high in protein. These foods will stave off a sugar crash and there are even low carb cereals that can be an option if you like.

Some of your favorite recipes call for potatoes, which are also high in carbohydrates. One option you could consider trying instead of potatoes is cauliflower. It sounds a bit odd when you hear it, but it’s actually quite similar to a real spud if you mash it up and prepare it as you would any other low-fat version of mashed potatoes.

If you’re a dessert lover, there’s no need to give up desserts on a low-carb diet. There’s a low-carb recipe for almost any dessert you can think of - including strawberry shortcake, cheesecake, brownies, Bundt cakes and even pies!

Some people love to eat rice. The white rice that’s normally used in our favorite dishes is high in carbohydrates. If you use brown rice instead of the white, you’ll be eating fewer carbs - and eating healthier too.

Eating out at restaurants, it can be difficult to discern what’s high in carbs and what’s low. Many restaurants have low-carb menu sections, but if they don’t, just try to steer clear of the foods you know are laden with carbs - and load up on healthy proteins instead.

Low carb diet plans are a great way to lose weight, just take care not to go overboard. You still need to have a certain amount of carbs in your diets. You cannot cut out all carbs, this isn’t good for your health.

Get More Fiber in Your Diet and Lose Weight Fast!

August 15th, 2008 · No Comments

by Gail M. Davis

Do you need to get more fiber in your diet? Did you know that men are supposed to have at least 35 grams of fiber a day and women are to have 25 grams? Fiber offers some incredible benefits to our health. Not only does it keep us feeling full and satisfied, but it can help lower our cholesterol levels and our blood sugar levels.

If you’re not getting enough of this awesome nutrient in your diet, start making some changes today. Just be sure that you start slowly. Adding too much fiber too quickly can cause discomfort in the form of gas, cramping, and bloating. If this happens to you, back off the fiber and only add a little each day until you reach your goal.

To get more fiber, start your day with a high-fiber cereal for breakfast. Top it off with fruit for an added boost. Add whole-grains or bran to your favorite recipes. These ingredients are delicious in meatloaf, muffins, casseroles, and salads.

Make fruit an important part of your day in order to get more fiber. Don’t peel off the skin and don’t substitute fruit juice. Be creative. Add fruit to salads, smoothies, desserts, muffins, and sauces for beef, pork, and fish.

Make your snacks count! Eat dried fruit, raw vegetables, and low-fat popcorn.

Add salads to your evening meals. Keep them interesting by adding unusual fresh vegetables and fruits. Make a dressing out of 1 tablespoon or less of olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar. Be creative with your salads. They can be served on top of pizza, on top of fish, or in a whole-grain tortilla.

Eat whole-grained pasta instead of white pasta. If you haven’t tasted it in awhile, it’s come a long way. It is truly delicious! Choose whole-grain breads. If you don’t like the taste, work up to them by changing from white to one of the new “whole-wheat white” breads first, or eat a sandwich with one slice of white and one slice of whole-grain.

Eat the skin of the potato. Cut down on calories by squeezing the juice of a fresh lemon on your potato. Start making sweet potatoes a regular part of your diet. If you’re not a fan, make sweet potato fries with a little olive oil and bake them at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

If you follow these quick and easy tips, you’ll meet your daily recommendations for fiber in record time. Be sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day when adding fiber, as it absorbs many times its own weight in liquid. Your digestive system will be healthy and happy!
