This turn-key rental program affords the client the luxury of a full custom booth at about a fraction of the cost.

Renting an exhibit can also get complicated. An exhibitor can choose from an off the shelf exhibit booth which is provided by some exhibit houses or the show contractor. The exhibitor pays no storage fees and no refurbishment fees on items in rental package. I do however recommend that you take a close look at the cost as oppose to purchasing. The cost savings may be close, especially if you wish to store and maintain your purchased exhibit booth.

Leasing your next trade show booth can also be an advantage. The main advantage is that the booth is treated as a purchase but without the high upfront cost. The tax advantages are much better than outright purchase. Today’s economy is the perfect place for leasing, especially with the low interest rates. I would recommend that you speak to your tax accountant first before getting involved in this program. Monthly payments do come with this program. You also are responsible for refurbishments as well as storage cost. One disadvantage of this program is that you may be ready for a new look before your payments are up.
